Fishing Report ( List of lakes can be found at the bottom of the page ) Bring in those big ones we need some new pictures. Hope you all go to Rose lake and help take out a bunch of Pike. Remember there is no size limit on the pike in Rose lake and Wells Lake and you can keep 5.
03/16/2009 I told you the Perch were biting on
Rose, here's one that Ron just brought it today, 14".
09/17/2009 If your not fishing, your missing out on a good time. This warm up has the gills on the bite again. Walleyes are starting to pick up too. We finally got a couple weeks of summer and fishing has been good.
23" Eye 10/19/2008 Sorry I haven't given any reports, not many fishing and the few that are fishing are not talking. Walleye should be on the bite big time, I know I'm going to try and get out a couple more times before things freeze up. 10/27/2009 Suppose to be real nice Thursday, I'm going to have to get out at least one more time. Then we can start
wishing for Ice Think Ice 12/06/2009 A skim of ice was on the lake this morning shouldn't be long now.
12/11/2009 Well the big snow didn't help the ice, but its starting a few brave soles have started fishing. If you do decide to get out, make sure you check it as you go and be very careful. 12/18/2009 Things are getting going good now, I've had my first report of guys getting out on Rose. There is enough ice to walk, would be using motor vehicles yet. Fish are biting good, time to get at it, just use care and check as you go. 01/01/2010 Snow has been holding off and lakes are building ice, getting good reports of ice and fishing. Rose Lake being the best reports so far with Perch and Crappie. Pike are also hitting and being hit by the spear, good eating once the y bones are taken out. 01/08/2010 Getting some very good reports, Ice is coming along real good. Snow has been missing us, so its some easy walking and making Ice. Catches are looking very promising too, Crappies are doing good on Rose, even some nice Pike being caught. I haven't heard any bad Ice reports, so most lake should be fishable. Going to be a little cold Fri. and Sat. but from Sunday on its suppose to be real nice out there. 01/13/2010 If you like ice fishing when its warm out the next couple of weeks is going to be your kind of fishing, weatherman says its going to be real nice. Getting some good reports of fish biting, don't miss out on some nice weather and some good fishing. 02/03/2010 I haven't given any reports lately, mostly because nothing has changed. People are catching nice Perch and Crappies on Rose. Weather has been perfect, not much snow and plenty of cold weather. Fishing is good easy to get around, how could it be any better.
Good Luck Fishing But always be careful! Buc's Baits Fishing Report |
